Commoca has principal places of businessin Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, Boulder, Colorado, and Dallas, Texas. Commoca’s technology team has developed the most cutting edge and integrated line of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) phone solutions that will be marketed to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) worldwide.

Alchavo.com was created in 1999 as part of services offered by Outsourcing Solutions, Inc. (“OSI”). OSI was formed to provide business clients with an effective and efficient solution to outsource all their financial back-office needs, at a reasonable and predictable cost in a secured, accessible, reliable and simple technological environment. OSI raised close to $1M in capital investment from private investors and Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company (PRICDO) in 2000, funding which facilitated the launching of alchavo.com in 2001 and Accounting Synergy in 2003. Alchavo.com is endorsed by Microsoft, PRIDCO, and Banco Popular de PR and won the Economic Development Bank’s empresarios.com contest.
